Okay, pirates is a stretch. But we are a couple expats from the upper 48 who stole down to a twisted rock perched at the edge of the Caribbean Sea. And, there were certainly plenty of pints and peppers involved. After all, when a chef and a bartender get together, two things happen. Glorious grub and exuberant escapades.
Our kinship was forged between beaches, bars and boats ... along with an idea. Inspired by our island paradise, we ‘pirates’ added a burning desire to create a one-of-a-kind hot sauce to our exploits.
Batch after batch went down hatch after hatch. The good stuff led to great stuff, on our way to, “Now, that's The Stuff.” Testing our elixirs on everything from tacos to t-bones, we were so close. Then the hurricanes came.
